At Force Footwear, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers across Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage

Force Footwear delivers orders across Pakistan through courier and delivery partners, subject to service availability in the customer's area.

Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge is:

Rs. 350 per order

Any promotional free-delivery offer will be clearly mentioned on our website or at checkout.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days after order confirmation and dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, Force Footwear may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including their full name, active phone number, city, area/street, and house/shop number where applicable.

Force Footwear will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a customer is unavailable, refuses to receive the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operational process.

In case of an unusual delay or lost shipment, Force Footwear will coordinate with the courier and assist the customer in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
